Flowering in mid-winter with large blooms up to four times the size oftraditional Daphne blooms these large flowers open blush pink then fade towhite over their long flowering season. Clusters of blooms, up to 6cmacross, also begin flowering along the stems - an occurance that isunmatched by any other Daphne established. The Perfume Princess is moreadaptable than most other Daphnes. Grows to 1-2m tall with 1-2m spread.

Prefers slightly acid soil and asheltered, partially shaded position with protection from hot afternoonsun. Copes with shade. The soil must be well-draining to prevent rootrot.You could raise the planting bed to improve drainage if necessary. Nopruning required other than a light tip prune once a year.
