The fragrant flowers of the Lonicere Belgica are produced in successionfrom late spring to mid-summer, and eventually give way (in hot summers) tosmall, bright red berries. A vigorous climber, this honeysuckle enjoys afoliage of dark green, oval leaves that are bluish-green underneath. Ahardy climber that will happily cover walls, fences or pergolas for astriking floral display. The glorious scent is strongest at night, so plantit near a house window where the heady perfume will drift in on warmevenings. Grows up to 6-7m tall with 90-120cm spread.
