Directions for planting in gardenbeds: Choose a sunny position. Water plants thoroughly before plantingand allow to drain. Add a layer of Tui Strawberry Mix to the area and makeyour plant. Plant 150mm apart on the top of the mounds. Press soil gentlyaround the base of the plant. Water your plant well. If you're short ongarden space, strawberry plants grow well in hanging baskets. Or you canplant straight into this bag - just remember to small drainage holesunderneath. Five or six plants will fit in a bag when it is lyingflat. Directions for planting in pots and containers: Water plantsthoroughly before potting and allow to drain. Partly fill your containerwith Tui Strawberry Mix. Gently loosen the root ball of your plant andposition the plant in the container. Fill your container with TuiStrawberry Mix up to 3cm from the top. Tap the container gently on theground to settle the mix. Press soil gently around the base of theplant. Water your plant well. A good rule of thumb is to plant fivestrawberry plants for each member of the household. Add a layer of TuiStrawberry Straw around plants to keep the fruit clean, and retain soilmoisture.
